    No advertisements, but we will have vendors that will offer special rewards to you and your guests.

  3. How will we know when someone contributes?

    PayPal will notify you when a contribution has been made.

  4. How much does the Gift of Home Ownership program cost?

    Nothing, but PayPal has small fees.

  5. Can you have more than 100 registration cards?

    Yes, for a small fee.

  6. How will we let people know we are registered with the Gift of Home Ownership?

    We will include business card sized announcements for your shower and wedding invitations.

  7. Are we required to use your lenders?

    We request that you get preapproved with our preferred lender partners. However, you can use any lender of your choice.

  8. Are we required to use your Realtors?

    To be registered on our site you need to use one of our preferred Realtor partners.

  9. Do we have to use the contributions for a home?

    Bridal couples or individuals are not obligated to use the money in the Bridal Registry Account. However, we will be asking you to sign a commitment letter as your friends and family are making the contributions with the understanding that is how the funds will be used.

  10. Is our personal information safe?

    Yes, we will not be giving your personal information to anyone.

  11. How do I become a Preferred Vendor Partner?

  12. How do I become a Preferred Realtor Partner?

  13. How do friends and family contribute to our down payment?

    They simply click on find a couple, then click on make a contribution and the funds will be sent securely to your PayPal account.

  14. Is this program for Nevada residents only?

    No, we have Realtor partners throughout the United States.

  15. The Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer and Agency Agreement states that the Bride/Groom will pay a 3% Broker compensation. Who pays this?

    Typically the seller pays it; however, in the rare event you find a For Sale by Owner or a property not offering any compensation then you will be required to pay this fee.
